Hello everyone! I am Kerry-Ann, and I was born and raised in Mauritius. I have lived in multiple places and I am now working and living in Ixelles.

I currently work as a Finance Controller in an international organization. Thus, I do have a full-time job, but my work hours can be flexible. I also have quite some time (thanks Covid) during the weekends, and I am available during early mornings and evenings.

I have always had jobs which brought me to travel to different places and sometimes at short notice, so I do not feel like I would provide the adequate home for a furry companion at the moment. I love animals (mostly the furry type) and, I like very much spending time with them, that is why I pet-sit! I have done quite a few petsits through Pawshake, other sites and directly for people I know. I really enjoy it, and I make sure the pets feel safe, are fed in a timely-manner, walked and if they are not too shy, I play with them and give them the attention they need while their hoomans are away.

I am very used to be around animals, especially dogs; walk and play with them. I trained my dogs and they respond to basic commands. They are both well bahved, respectful, but live with my parents. I have years and years of experience in feeding and bathing dogs.

I have experience in sitting dogs (all sizes, but not too difficult ones), cats, rabbits, birds.

Services offered:

Dog walking: Includes picking up the pet(s), walking them (for around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the stamina and willingness of the dog(s), and then bringing them back to their home.

Day care: Currently, I can only do that at the pet parents' home. This is includes me going over to the pet parents home, feeding the pet, changing/topping their water, walking (in case of dogs) and playing with them. I can also do adhoc tasks, like watering of plants. In the case of day care, I do not expect to leave the pet alone for more than 1 hour.

Home visit:

This includes going to the pet's house, feeding them, changing/topping their water, cleaning litter (for cats), walking (in case of dogs) and playing with them and adhoc tasks (watering of plants, etc.).

I would also spend the night over. In the case of house sits, I do not expect to leave the pet alone for more than 3 hours.

Salut tout le monde ! Je m'appelle Kerry-Ann et je suis née et j'ai grandi à l'île Maurice. J'ai vécu dans plusieurs pays et je travaille et vis maintenant à Ixelles.

Je suis actuellement Contrôleur Financier dans une entreprise internationale. Donc, j'ai un emploi à temps plein, mais mes horaires de travail peuvent être flexibles. J'ai aussi pas mal de temps (merci Covid) les week-ends, et je suis disponible tôt le matin et en soirée.

Je voyage pas mal avec mon boulot, et ma situation personnelle ne me permettent pas d’avoir un petit animal de compagnie pour le moment. J'adore les animaux (presque tous les genres) et, j'aime beaucoup passer du temps avec eux, c'est pourquoi je fais du petsitting ! J'ai fait pas mal de petsitting via Pawshake, d'autres sites et directement pour des personnes que je connais. J'aime vraiment ça, et je m'assure que les animaux se sentent en sécurité, sont nourris à temps, promenés et s'ils ne sont pas trop timides, je joue avec et leur donne l'attention dont ils ont besoin pendant l'absence de leurs parents (humains).

J'ai de l'expérience avec les chiens (toutes tailles, mais pas trop difficiles), les chats, les lapins, les oiseaux.

J'habite dans un petit appartement, la pension est donc possible, mais préférable uniquement pour les félins d’interieur, les oiseaux et les petits chiens. Pour les animaux de plus grande taille, il est préférable de choisir l'option 'visite à domicile'.

Je parle créole mauricien, anglais, français, un peu de néerlandais.
