Hello!
My name is Irene, I'm 26 years old and I live in Brussels. I love animals and enjoy working and learning with them.
I live with my siamese cat Sayuri. I've been working as a petsitter with Pawshake for almost 5 years, so I have lots of experience.

In 2015, I went to do some voluntary work in an animal sanctuary in South Africa, at a place called Glen Afric.
In the sanctuary, my tasks consisted mainly of constructing and cleaning the enclosures of the animals, such as leopards and lions, feeding them, grooming and walking the horses, walking the elephants, training the young lions... And many other rewarding activities in an environment of love and protection.
Through this wonderful experience, I learned to understand animals' needs and desires better in order to maintain a good relationship with them.

What I offer here is taking care of your pets when you're not there. This means I come to your place and I stay for a few hours, depending on your pets' needs, to feed them, take care of the cat's litter, or walk the dogs, and most importantly, play with them and give them all of my attention so they feel safe and loved in my company. And if need be, I can also stay overnight so they feel less lonely.

Last but not least, in order to make you feel comfortable too, I will keep you regularly updated about your pet by sending you you messages and photos/videos of them :)

Je m'appelle Irene, j'ai 26 ans et j'habite à Bruxelles. J'adore les animaux et m'occuper d'eux. J'habite avec mon chat siamois Sayuri. Je travaille avec Pawshake depuis presque 5 ans, donc j'ai beaucoup d'expérience.

En 2015, j'ai été faire un volontariat dans un sanctuaire pour animaux appellé Glen Afric en Afrique du Sud. Dans le sanctuaire, je m'occupais d'une variété d'animaux sauvages, comme des lions, des guépards et des éléphants, mais aussi des chevaux. Mes tâches consistaient principalement à nourrir les animaux, le toilettage, les promenades, et la construction et nettoyage des enclos des animaux. À travers cette expérience extraordinaire, j'ai appris à mieux comprendre et prendre soin des animaux.

Ce que j'offre ici c'est de prendre soin de vos animaux quand vous n'êtes pas là. Je viens chez vous et je reste quelques heures, en fonction des besoins de vos animaux, pour les nourrir, m'occuper de la litière du chat, ou promener les chiens, et surtout, jouer avec eux et leur donner toute mon attention pour qu'ils se sentent en sécurité et aimés. Et si besoin, je peux aussi rester la nuit pour qu'ils se sentent moins seuls.

De plus, je vous tiendrai régulièrement au courant de votre animal de compagnie en vous envoyant des messages et des photos/vidéos d'eux. :)
