Hello! I'm a dedicated pet lover currently enriching my knowledge at the University of Maastricht. I speak English, Dutch and French :)) From a tender age, my life has been intertwined with the joyous companionship of animals, particularly dogs. My journey with pets began in the heart of my home, where I was fortunate to grow alongside a few loving dogs, learning the nuances of care, empathy, and responsibility they require.

My commitment to animal welfare extended beyond my doorstep as I immersed myself in the community, offering my services to walk and pet sit for local residents. This experience not only deepened my understanding of different breeds but also allowed me to connect with animals on a personal level, appreciating their unique personalities and needs.

Further expanding my horizon, I worked with Stichting Dierenbemiddeling Europa, an organization close to my heart. Here, I fostered animals from varied backgrounds - each with their own story and charm. This role bestowed upon me the experience of caring for a diverse spectrum of species and sizes, enriching my skill set and nurturing my passion for animal care.

My motivation to become a pet sitter is fueled by a genuine love for animals and the belief that every pet deserves a safe, loving, and attentive environment, especially in the absence of their families. My aim is to provide a home away from home where your pets are treated as my own, ensuring they receive the utmost care, affection, and companionship. I believe that pet sitting is not just a service, but a means to make a positive impact in the lives of pets and their owners alike. In my neighborhood, pets enjoy a variety of pet-friendly areas, including a forest next door perfect for dog walks. I’m equipped to administer medication, and I offer light training and simple grooming to ensure your pet’s health and happiness.

During home visits, I adapt my stay to the pet's needs, ranging from 20 minutes to an hour. I’m also happy to water plants and bring in the mail, making sure your home is cared for as well. My dog walks are tailored to each dog's needs, typically lasting about 45 minutes, either in nearby forests or within their own familiar areas.

For house sitting, I ensure I’m never away for longer than 2 hours, adjusting my presence based on the pet’s requirements. I live with three other male adults, including my brother, providing a secure and welcoming environment for your pet. Depending on your dog's needs, they can sleep in my room or the living room, in a home with a fully fenced backyard and secure gates.

My availability is flexible; I often work from home, focusing on my studies, which allows me to supervise guest pets around the clock. I accommodate the unique needs of each pet, ensuring they’re never alone for more than the stipulated hours during boarding or daycare. With classes only twice a week, my schedule is largely devoted to pet care, offering 2-3 dog walks per day and personalized attention.

I accept all sizes, characters, and kinds of pets, with no kids or pets of my own in the home, making every pet's stay comfortable and inclusive. Vaccination and castration are not concerns, ensuring a welcoming space for all.
