Mégane

Hello. My name is Mégane and I am a vet student. I live in Merelbeke (near Ghent) and have a big backyard.

I have a small dog called Leo. We go on daily walks near my house (2 photos on my profile). I've had several dogs in my life, some small breeds such as Pomeranians and some bigger breeds such as Malinois, labrador, golden retriever...

I want to become a gardien because I love spending time with animals. My dog also enjoys spending time with other dogs and since I only have one dog at the moment, I want to find him some friends.

Because I have to study a lot, I spend a lot of time at home. Which also gives me more time to take care of my dog (and any dog I might keep).

I've had many animals in my life and have lots of experience taking care of them.

Going to be gone all day and need someone to take care of your pet?
I can keep your animals that can't be left alone all day, while you're away at work. I can come get them and drop them off. I can adapt to whatever schedule you'd like for your pets. I've had several puppies before and can also help you will some training while they are with me.
I can also come by your house one time during the day to take care of your pets or take them for walks. 

Traveling?
I can keep your pets at my house or come by your house 1-2 times a day to take care of your animals. If they have special needs, that's not a problem. I can adapt to every individual animal. 

I live alone in a one bedroom apartment (50-60m square) that's on the bottom floor and has a door that leads directly into a closed backyard. (300m square). I live near a park and have several other walk options near where I live. 

I don't accept non vaccinated dogs or dogs that are more than 20kg (in my house). If your dog isn't vaccinated or over 20kg, I can still come by your house or take it for walks. Since I have a dog, any dog staying at my house must also be friendly with others.
