"I needed to go for a worktrip to London. I found Balsher by Pawshake and im so happy that my dear chocolate 🐕 could stay with him over the weekend. From the start of the reservation there was an excellent communication and during my stay in London I got plenty of video’s and messages of Balsher how Chocolat was doing! "Very first dogsitting for our dog of 9 months old. Everything went very smoothly and it was nice to receive regular news during the day. "Our beloved baby boy stayed with Paola and Vic for a week while we were on holiday. We were able to communicate and book well in advance. It was all very easy as it also was his second stay.
While we were on holiday we received photos & videos of our dog every day in a WhatsApp group. It was so great to see how happy he was - it really helped us relax. Like many other dog owners, it was difficult for us to give up our dog - Paola and Vic make you feel comfortable and secure with the decision. We never had a bad feeling about them for a second.
Vic was very flexible and even brought our dog to us in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed. Paola and Vic are great people and we are happy to have found such great dog sitters."

"Okay, this family is simply amazing. They are so lovely from the get-go. They rescue all kinds of animals and you can tell immediately they care deeply about treating animals well.
When our dog stayed with them he a blast, every photo/video we received was him having the time of his life either with their lovely dog Nala, their cute cat Dino, or their absolutely adorable children. When we went to pick him up he literately ran back into their house to play more after greeting us... T_T
They are so good with communication, keeping us updated with our dog's shenanigans throughout his stay. Even though our dog doesn't normally sleep with us, they offered to let him sleep with them in case he gets nervous for his first night (he wasn't, he was having way too much fun to be nervous). It just shows you how much they care. When we picked our dog up he ate something from the floor, and Paula, being the experienced vet assistant that she is, didn't hesitate to take it out gently from his mouth. It was absolutely incredible. They are just the friendliest people with a very nice home environment, not to mention there's lots and lots of greenery around where they live. Highly recommend. "
