Hello!

We are a couple from Brussels and big dog lovers. We live in a cozy apartment with a small park nearby, perfect for quick walks and a breath of fresh air. For longer walks, we like to take the tram to larger parks in Brussels, such as Parc de Forest, where we enjoy spending time in nature.

About us & our experience

Lauren works as a graphic designer from home, so your dog will rarely be alone. He also has experience caring for a Bernese Mountain Dog, including daily walks, playtime, and general care, so he is very comfortable with dogs of different sizes and needs.

Hanne is currently on holiday and looking forward to spending lots of time with a lovely little companion. Afterwards, she works in youth theatre, where dogs are also welcome in the office. She grew up with both a French Bulldog and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and was very involved in their daily care (walking, feeding, playing, and training basics). Her family also has dogs, so she is very used to being around them and understands their behaviour and needs well.

Daily routine & care

We are used to taking dogs out multiple times a day, typically a short morning walk, a longer walk in the afternoon or evening, and additional quick toilet breaks as needed. We are attentive and responsible, and in case of any unexpected situations, we stay calm and will contact you or a vet if necessary.

Our home

Because we live in a second-floor apartment, we are mainly looking for a small dog that feels comfortable in an apartment and can manage stairs or be easily carried. We also have a small courtyard downstairs for quick toilet breaks, but for proper walks we prefer parks and green areas around Brussels.

What we offer

We are looking for a calm and social dog who enjoys cuddles and company. We are happy to follow your dog’s routine so they feel safe and at home. During the stay, we will of course keep you updated with photos and messages.

We speak fluent English and Dutch, and basic French.
