Hi, Hoi and Bonjour!
My name is Katarina and this is my dog Mikica! I have had her for about 3 years, but as I moved across Europe for my studies I have been missing an animal companion in my life. So, I would love the opportunity to help you out with your pet and get to know them!

I love going on walks by myslef, so adding a dog to the mix would make the experience that much better! Even though I have had my dog for only 3 years, I am experienced in taking care of dogs, I have been dog and cat sitting for my friends and family ever since I can remember, all the way from my aunts German shepherd to my friends disabled kitty.

I know a lot about dog's behaviors, I can read their body language and can se if there stressed or angry. I know how to react in certain stressful situations, around other dogs or people, with my priority being the safery and well being of your dog, so you have nothing to worry about. For example, I stay calm and give nervous pets space, use positive reinforcement to build trust, and carefully manage introductions to new environments, dogs, or people. If a pet feels anxious when left alone, I make sure they are comfortable, engaged, and not overwhelmed. In case of any emergency, I am attentive, quick to react, and will immediately contact you and, if needed, a veterinarian.

I love spending time with animals, enjoy playing with them, but there is always time for lots of cuddles as well! I pride my self in the fact that animals enjoy being around me as well. My dog is a long haired dog so I know all about brushing and coat care, as well as feeding and following special diets.

The walks can range from 30-60 minutes depending on your preference. If your pets have any specific needs or feeding rituals please let me know when reaching out. I am flexible with my schedule and can adapt to your pet’s routine, whether that means morning, afternoon, or evening visits. During each visit, I make sure there is a good balance of exercise, playtime, feeding, and attention so your pet feels safe and cared for. I usually care for one to two pets at a time so I can give each of them enough attention, and I plan my bookings carefully to make sure every pet gets consistent and dedicated care. While I am very comfortable with daily care and routines, I do not provide basic training or administer medication.
