Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and becoming a pet sitter is something I truly love. Over the years, I’ve cared for many friends’ dogs (2 Dachshunds) with different personalities, routines, and energy levels, and I always adjust my care to suit each dog’s needs. I focus on small to medium-sized dogs so I can provide safe, hands-on, attentive care. One of the most meaningful experiences in my life was rescuing two dogs while living in India, which taught me a great deal about patience, trust, and responsibility. Today, I share my life with a Cockapoo, and daily walks, training, grooming, and playtime have only deepened my experience and love for dogs. I have attended a theory lesson about Psychology of Dogs at Pavlov Dog School in Leuven I live in an independent house inside the ring of Leuven and can accommodate another pet in my living room or office. I have cameras set up both inside and outside my home to monitor pets even when I’m briefly away, such as for quick grocery trips. I go on regular walks around Leuven depending on the weather. My home also has an unfenced garden, so pets are never left unattended outside. When pet sitting, I stick closely to each dog’s routine with regular feeding, walks, playtime, rest, and plenty of affection. I only accept vaccinated small and medium-sized dogs and treat every pet in my care with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own.
